• Customer hours:  OUTSIDE- Sundays 7 AM -3 PM     RAIN OR SHINE  
                                    INSIDE- Sundays  9 AM - 4 PM
                                    CLOSED December thru March
• New dealers never turned away.  There is always plenty of space.
• NO PREPAY!!!  You pay when you arrive, no exceptions!!!
• Our office is located outside, behind buildings, in grey shed marked OFFICE.
• Please park out front till you are assigned a space.  Then you may park in your space to setup.
• Each outside spot is $12 per Sunday.  Each spot is approx 11'x28' and includes free use of a 4'x8' table.  No reservations are needed or accepted.   After you are assigned a spot, please, park your vehicle in your designated spot directly behind your table.
• Spots are marked by painted and numbered cement blocks in the ground and on the table.  You will be given your numbered spot(s) when registering.
• Absolutely DO NOT move tables for any reason!
• NO pets allowed, except service animals!
• Do to unseen and constantly changing weather patterns, Leighty's will give NO REFUNDS.   Do to weather.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
• DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TRASH following your stay with us.  If you leave trash or unsold items you will not be permitted into our Flea Market again!
• If you are interested in an inside spot, please see management.  Manager = Joe (814) 695-5151
• The following items are NOT permitted to be sold: Animals, Alcohol, Illegal Drugs, Pornography, Hazardous Chemicals, Stoves, Refrigerators, Lg Appliances, Vehicle Tires or Rims, Loose Bicycle Tires or Rims, Fireworks.
• The following items are NOT permitted to be sold without prior permission: Produce, Live Plants/Flowers, Hunting Merchandise, Food, Beverages.
