OPEN SUNDAYS OUTSIDE - 7am - 4pm. Payment of $14 before setup
If you would like to set up the day before (Saturday) you can at no extra cost once you have paid for that Sunday. See Joe or Jackie.

OPEN SATURDAY AND SUNDAY INSIDE – 8am-4 pm Rain Or Shine 

Manager is not in the office till 8 am Saturdays and at 7 am on Sundays.

New dealers are never turned away.  There is always plenty of space.

Payment of $14 for weekend is to be made BEFORE setting up at any space. There is a 4 X 8 ft. table on the 11 X 28 ft. space. Do not move the table. You may bring additional tables to use for free in your space but they must be safely placed for customer’s access.

 

Payment will be accepted at the gray office/shed marked OFFICE, behind the building. Joe or Jackie will accept cash or check (with photo license and phone number) from 8 am on Saturday and 7 am on Sunday. No credit cards.  Retain your receipt for verification of payment.

 

No reservations are needed or accepted for an outside spot over the phone. No one is available weekdays for information or rentals. You may pay for a space for a third party if that person cannot be here.

 

Parking for vendors is to be out front until assigned a space, then you may park in your space to setup and/or overnight till closing on Sunday. Park directly behind your space

 

No pets allowed except service animals!!

 

Bring plenty of your coins and bills to make change for customers as we do not supply change. We do not have ICE. (Leighty’s Farm Market, across the street, sells ice and has an ATM machine for twenty dollar bills. They cannot make change for you.)

 

Due to constantly changing weather patterns, Leighty’s Flea Market  will NOT give refunds if it rains, hails, sleets, etc. No exceptions.

 

Trash is to be taken home with you following your stay with us. There is absolutely no home trash or unsold items allowed in our dumpsters or trash receptacles. Any vendor leaving unsold items or trash behind will be asked to not return to our flea market.

 

NOT PERMITTED TO SELL IN FLEA MARKET:

*Animals, alcohol, illegal drugs, pornography, hazardous chemicals, stoves, refrigerators, large appliances, vehicle or bicycle tires or rims, fireworks.

* Produce, live plants, live flowers, hunting merchandise, food and beverages are not allowed unless prior authorization is given. We reserve the right to not allow any other items as we see fit.
