Our Celery Salt is a free flowing powder consisting of salt, ground celery seeds, and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. It is generally imported from India, Asia, Europe, North Africa, and China. It is a primary ingredient in Old Bay brand seasoning and our very own Cape Cod Seafood Seasoning. It is a popular addition to a Bloody Mary cocktail and Caesar cocktail. It is also used to season french fries, salds, stews, and the famous Chicago-style hot dog.
